Do I have to wait to get my first box?
No, there is no waiting to get your first box! You will begin your snacking adventure with our "Starter Box" and then you will receive the next months box around the 25th of the following month.

How does Chomp Snacks subscription work?
When you subscribe to Chomp Snacks, you will receive a carefully curated box of spicy snacks from top brands and artisan creators every month. Our team handpicks a variety of unique, high-quality snacks that deliver the perfect balance of heat and flavor. Simply choose your subscription plan, and we'll take care of the rest!
Can I choose the snacks in my subscription box?
Each month, our team of experts carefully select the best spicy snacks to include in your Chomp Snacks box. While you can't choose individual items, you can trust that we will provide a diverse and exciting assortment of snacks for you to enjoy.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences?
While we strive to provide a diverse assortment of snacks in each box, we may not be able to accommodate specific dietary restrictions or preferences. Please review the ingredients list for each snack before consuming if you have any dietary concerns.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel or pause your Chomp Snacks subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and follow the instructions for managing your subscription.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship Chomp Snacks boxes within the United States. We are actively exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities to other countries in the future.
What if I receive a damaged or defective snack?
We take great care to ensure that all snacks are securely packaged and arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.
How does the subscription cycle and billing cycle work?
At Chomp Snacks, we want you to enjoy your spicy snacks without having to wait! That's why we've created a unique subscription cycle that ensures you receive your first box – the "Starter Box" – right away, regardless of when you place your order. Here's a simple breakdown of our subscription and billing cycle, with examples to help you understand the process:
- Place your order: When you subscribe, you'll be charged immediately for your Starter Box, which will be shipped out to you within 2-5 days.
- Billing and Shipping Dates: If you order on or before the 20th of the month, you will be billed on the 15th of the following month, and your next subscription box will be shipped around the 21st of the same month. If you order after the 20th of the month, you will be billed on the 15th of the month after next, and your next subscription box will be shipped around the 21st of that same month.

Can I order just one?
Not at this time. This is a subscription only product. We do however plan to open a "gift" option which will allow one time purchases! Email us if you'd like to see that feature even faster.
How long does shipping take?
3-5 days via UPS! Maybe faster if you are near us in North Carolina :)
