Here's a simple breakdown of our subscription and billing cycle, with examples to help you understand the process:

Place your order: When you subscribe, you'll be charged immediately for your Starter Box, which will be shipped out to you within 2-5 days.

Billing and Shipping Dates: If you order on or before the 20th of the month, you will be billed on the 15th of the following month, and your next subscription box will be shipped around the 21st of the same month. If you order after the 20th of the month, you will be billed on the 15th of the month after next, and your next subscription box will be shipped around the 21st of that same month.

Example 1:

1. Order Date: April 11th

2. First Payment: Charged for the Starter Box on April 11th (ships immediately)

3. Second Payment: Charged for the May Subscription Box on May 15th

4. May Box Shipment: Ships around May 21st, received by May 25-27th

Example 2:

1. Order Date: April 22nd

2. First Payment: Charged for the Starter Box on April 22nd (ships immediately)

3. Second Payment: Charged for the June Subscription Box on June 15th (skips May due to cut-off date)

4. June Box Shipment: Ships around June 20th, received by June 23-27th
